Order Processing

United States: 7-14 business days
International: 7-14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return:
Contact us at within the contact section of Reveliance.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return instructions.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, let us know and we'll make it easy to swap.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified by email once the refund is issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
